The user(s), buyer(s), parent(s) and/or guardian(s) (if user is under 18 years old) must ensure the safety and proper usage of the product. Tier One Armament advises that the user(s) read manufacturer's manual for proper marker usage safely and proper safe marker maintenance. Tier One Armament is not responsible for any matter regarding of safety once the product(s) have been sold. It is essential that before engaging in any activities, physical or otherwise should consult his or her physician for advice on whether or not the person(s) should embark on the physical activity. E-Transfer Security Question Answer - Please set the Answer to your Order Number.
Your order will be processed as soon as EMT has passed clearance (usually 1-2 business days.)

All Orders pay Canadian taxes. Taxes will be added upon check out. If you have any questions about Payments please message us. 
As of July 1, 2010 Ontario's PST & GST are being combined to be the new HST.
Ontario residents tax rate will stay the same at 13%
Purchases for outside of Ontario will be charged taxes according to the tax rate fee schedule of their Province.


WARRANTY INFORMATION

All goods are as received from the manufacture, full manufacturer warranty applies, please read manufacturer's manual for warranty information upon arrival. Tier One Armament will help exchange on defective product(s). Warranty does not cover consumable goods such as O-rings, Cup-Seals, Gauges, trigger grips etc.
